Hi Everyone, I can’t recommend this course enough! As a PA/EA community it’s often us that gets forgotten about with regards to learning or courses are thousands of pounds!! Not this one, Lucy carefully guides us through what really makes a stand out PA/EA with course work that really makes you think about YOU. How you work, your confidence at all levels, work out your ability to make decisions and calling it out when you see bad behaviour! This course makes you take that one step further.. I promise you won’t regret starting the journey and can guarantee your smile when you complete!!

At the start, I was slightly sceptical. I always thought that I’m pretty accomplished at what I do. Listening to Lucy talk really got under my skin and made me analyse what I could change and improve. On reflection, there are so many things that I could do differently and better. This course has really made me look into my soul and be honest with myself about who I am and how I will approach my career going forwards. I have learnt new skills and have challenged aspects of my own behaviour that I hope will be life changing. I thought I was good. With Lucy’s tuition, I intend on being incredible!

Lucy (and Ed), I cannot thank you both enough for navigating me and everyone else who has made the smartest decision to complete this course, through it. When I first started, I did hit a wall at the first assignment as I'm not used to digging deep and really looking inwards. I'm a process/system type assistant and was expecting a quiz or test! Once past that first module however, I felt enlightened, motivated and like I could take on the world in my role! I flew through the rest of it within 4 days (around working full time and being a mum to a toddler)! The course is set out perfectly in order to be able to study at home and simultaneously whilst working. The clips in each module are short enough to keep you engaged but also long enough to really add value and content to the module. The tasks within each module are also great and must be completed to really benefit from the value of this course. Lucy and Ed are also on hand throughout your study time, so if you do have any issues/concerns/questions, they are right there at the end of an email or one of the many support forums they have set up for the participants. I felt supported the whole way through this course. Lucy your dedication to assistants and nurturing our growth really does shine through. You continue to be such an inspiration to me and I cannot thank you enough for encouraging me to reach my full potential and helping me to believe I am capable and worth a lot more than what I've been putting up with! Initially I wasn't sure what to expect from this course. A lot of courses promise a lot but often don't deliver. This is NOT one of those courses. Every chapter offers insight and different perspectives on things I thought I already knew. Lucy brings depth and revelations packaged up in an easy to follow, friendly and supportive manner which leaves you eager to learn more. Each chapter comes with additional resources and workbooks to allow you to further develop your new found skills and allows you to put these skills into practise, alongside multiple choice quizzes and an assignment to end each chapter and progress onto the next. This course has been developed from the viewpoint of the consumer and encourages self - reflection on each topic to help you develop your full potential. I’ve come away feeling more confident in my abilities and better equipped to tackle the day to day workplace uncertainties. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to all assistants who wish to commit to making progress in their careers.
