Lucy Chamberlain
Lucy Chamberlain is a dynamic leader and ICF-accredited confidence coach, known for her engaging style as a multi-award-winning global speaker and trainer.
In 2014, she founded C&C Search, aiming to redefine the recruitment experience for clients and candidates through a purpose-driven, all-female business.
Later, she launched the C&C Academy, offering CPD-certified qualifications, customised training, and coaching for business support professionals.
