Your Services
Your services contract will be fulfilled by C&C Academy (part of C&C Search Ltd).
Payment term
There are four types of payment terms:
- Monthly Subscription
- Annual Subscription
- Payment Plans for Courses
- One-Off Payments
Your subscription/course will start immediately after purchase and will run until cancelled by you.
Delivery
Services are delivered online. Courses are pre-loaded and all material will be made available after purchase. There are no time-restrictions attached to any courses or content on our site and so will be available from purchase until you delete your account or cancel a subscription.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of services in the following circumstances:
- Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
- Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
Change of address
To notify us of a change to email address or that you have left a company, you need to email [email protected]
Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer refunds for services provided or for completed courses. If you think you should be eligible for a refund please contact [email protected]
In order to cancel your subscription to the C&C Academy Weekly Coaching Club, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on your name or picture in the top right once logged into your dashboard and select My Account
- select the Billing tab
- To end recurring payments, from My Account Billing, hit Cancel for that subscription or payment plan
- The subscription will then change to "Cancelled” and you will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of their billing period and no further charges will be taken
- Finally, delete your saved card by clicking edit and then delete
Payment
Prices displayed on the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable).
Subscribers who make a one-off payment for the year, once your payment has been processed this enters you into a legal binding contract resulting in your contract being formed for an annual subscription. We do not offer partial refunds if the subscription is cancelled before the end of the years’ subscription.
If you are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the services, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By purchasing, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
Payments are made through our third party provider, www.stripe.com
Personal information
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) (“Personal Information”) you supply to us in order to fulfil your order.
Security
We confirm that we use reasonable efforts to ensure that purchasing your subscription through us is completely safe and secure, but we shall not be responsible for any loss of data or any other loss in the event that such security is compromised. In particular, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the personal or payment information you provide us. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use by a third party.
If you pay using your credit card, debit card or another payment method, your order is processed by Stripe. This is reputed to be one of the most secure online payment systems in the world. We would encourage you to read Stripe’s privacy statement to give you further information on how they use and keep your data safe.
Our monthly subscriptions auto-renew. The onus is on the user to cancel autorenewal in your account settings should you not wish to have your subscription auto renewed. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer payment details with third parties. Your bank or credit card statement will be processed under our company name, C&C Search Ltd.
General
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
These Terms and Conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.
