It is an advanced course that develops the leadership strengths and abilities of 21st century Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Support Staff. The workshop is for support staff at all levels, who want to enhance role performance to propel personal and organisational success. Whether you are leading or mentoring, would like to in the future, or looking to manage upwards, this is the perfect course for you! Lucy Chamberlain has worked with Lloyds, Barclays, The Crown Estate, Autonomous and many, many more. She has a deep understanding of this topic and wants to bring this knowledge to you. The afternoon will be broken down into half an hour sessions with comfort breaks built in.
